I was attending a lunch wedding today and one of the guest asked me on why I converted. As usual, I repiled that it was the passion to lead which lead to my decision. Seriously, after a nice walk to east coast, I also realised the key belief I always held through this one year is that I can make the org a better working place for the people no matter how small the change might be. Whether ppl thank you for it or scold you for it, the end state of making positive changes always make me feel fulfilled even though dipolma graduates in my post in the org isn’t always seen as someone valuable. Hope one day I can see the ppl that were once under me make it big (whether is it in the force or outside). Cheers.
