I happpen to go back to attend my former unit’s d & d today…and even though, I’m attending as invited guest, I still can feel the closeness and warmth of the  family I used to belong to. People had changed a lot but the spirit was still around. I did feel a bit overwhelmed with emotions while viewing the video done up to recap the past. Remembered the good time and bad times I went through with them and also remembered that I chose to take a different path so that enable me to do more things to slowly merge back the spirit that was split up a few decades ago…One year on, while coming back to see them, I do see that trying to achieve my dream is still a long road ahead. I did clash sometimes with my ex-unit as I had to do so as the guardian of my present flight. Felt real bad at times when I had to do it as it was really like bitting the hand that raised me…I’m real thankful that it was kept at a minimal level. thank you all of you who were with me when I was growing up there and may the wonderful spirit live on in all our hearts….All the best and may the future reap many happy returns for you all…
