Missed blogging for a quite while now. Too much time spent idling away and trying to surrround myself with books.Decided to pen down some thoughts on a drama series that I happened to catch while at home. Happened to catch a drama called "The Gateau Affairs" and the last few episodes of it. It’s something on a pair of lovers who are pastry chefs. I do want to share the last part where the lead role was praying hard at their home while she was undergoing a brain operation to get rid of blood clots. It was a touching scene as he had baked the four cakes that represent the four seasons theme they created. (He created Spring and Summer while she created Autumn and Winter). It was interesting how he was sharing the stories of positive feelings throughout the four seasons. He descripted an Autumn and Winter filled with warmth and happiness despite the gloom these 2 seasons bring with them. Really Inspirational if you are going through a rough patch. Watch it at my mediabox  and you will understand what I mean (Sorry, I could only get the cantonese version). End of the day, with hope,we live and move forward. Have a nice weekend,friends.

PS, for cake lovers like me, you can have a glimpse of the four season cakes and if you have time, maybe you can rent the show to watch. There are so many cakes to feast your eyes on.
